Hi Charlotte, As some of the others have said, you cannot remove his name from the birth certificate unless he is not the natural father. It is extremely difficult to prevent contact.

But, being the useless father and violent ex that he is, I had his parental responsibility take away-far more effective than having a name removed from a piece of paper.
